Shipping Coverage:
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. At this time, we cannot process or deliver orders to international addresses.

Order Processing:
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Eastern Time EST/EDT) will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Time & Tracking:
For most standard-sized items, we offer FREE standard shipping (tracking included) with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days after processing.
Larger items (such as golf simulator enclosures, electric carts, or freight-shipped products) may take up to 10–15 business days for delivery due to manufacturer or carrier lead times.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email and you can monitor your shipment online.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect address input.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship within the United States. Some oversized or freight-shipped orders may require an adult signature and additional freight conditions; the product page will indicate if this applies.
Delivery Issues:
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check your mailbox, porch, adjacent units, or contact the carrier with your tracking number. Then reach out to us at support@golfhqs.com if you still need assistance.
